Recognizing his potential, Michael offered Melvin an internship, and he subsequently became the first intern at MICHAEL TCHOUAFFÉ ARCHITECTS, INC.
2014

Additionally, we welcomed two new team members, Jobain Happeness Ntfu and Fabrice Nguepdjouo, as we plan to open a regional office in Cameroon.

PRESENT DAY
While our name, TCHOUAFFÉ ARCHITECTS, INC, may be challenging to pronounce and goes against conventional business and marketing wisdom, we have chosen to retain it. Our name honors Jean-Baptiste Tchouaffé, the late father of our founder, Michael Tchouaffé. He instilled in his son the values of strong character, hard work, good work and exceptional results.
At TCHOUAFFÉ, we uphold his legacy by embodying these same principles in all that we do, including our commitment to outstanding design. Our firm's name serves as a daily reminder of our dedication to our clients and our unwavering pursuit of good design work and excellence.
