As the CEO and Principal Architect of TCHOUAFFÉ ARCHITECTS INC. He leads a team of architects and designers and is responsible for initial client contact to project closeout.

 

Before setting up TCHOUAFFÉ ARCHITECTS INC., Mr. Tchouaffé had been employed by some of Georgia leading architecture firms, totalling more than twenty years in design and construction management. His project portfolio includes Residential, Institutional, Commercial, Hospitality, Office Buildings and Mixed-Use Developments.

As a young graduate, he worked extensively with several housing non-profit organizations and local government agencies. He earned numerous awards, including first prize in the category of drawings for ”Blooming Artists Competition” in 1992 and the “Southern GF Company” competition entry Award in 1993. In the “Southern GF Company” competition, Mr. Tchouaffé’s project entitled “Steel Structure on Georgia Institute of Technology Campus” was solely chosen to be retained by the College of Architecture as an exemplary work of Georgia Tech students.

Michael Tchouaffé holds several degrees earned from national and international institutes. The list of his degrees comprises a Master Degree in Architecture from Georgia Tech, Atlanta, USA; a Diplôme d’Architecte (Architecte DPLG) of École d’Architecture de la ville et des territoires (Formely Paris-Tolbiac), Marne-la-Vallee, France as well as a Diplôme d’Etudes Fondamentales En Architecture (DEFA) from UP 7 Paris, France. A life-long learner, he has completed numerous continuing education studies including a Project Management Certificate earned from Clayton State University.

 

Mr. Tchouaffé is NCARB certified and licensed to practice in multiple States.
