PROJECT OVERVIEW
Seven modern homes shaped into one connected neighborhood.
Parkview Modern Living Homes is a contemporary residential development planned for a 1.16-acre site in Forest Park, Georgia. The community comprises seven detached, two-story homes totaling approximately 24,500 square feet, with each residence designed at approximately 3,500 square feet.
Each home maximizes its individual lot while providing open living spaces, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a two-car garage, a roof terrace and the option for an elevator. A central community park and pedestrian paths strengthen neighborhood connections, link residents toward nearby Starr Park and create a walkable, family-oriented environment.

The site plan positions seven detached residences to make thoughtful use of the available land while maintaining clear arrivals, private garages and distinct outdoor areas. Consistent massing and materials create a unified neighborhood identity without losing the individuality of each home.
Pedestrian paths, landscaped street edges and a shared central park create places for movement, gathering and everyday interaction. The planning strategy extends that walkable network toward Starr Park and supports a more connected family-oriented neighborhood.
MASTER PLANNING STRATEGY

The plan balances building footprints, vehicle access, pedestrian circulation, landscape and shared open space within a compact site. The central park gives the community a recognizable center, while the perimeter arrangement allows every residence to maintain a direct address and strong street presence.
