The Londji Modern Mansion is conceived as an oceanfront residence near Londji Cove in Cameroon, where contemporary architecture engages directly with the coastal landscape. The design organizes public and private spaces around a central great room, using vertical openness and an overlooking loft to establish spatial continuity and framed ocean views. Interior living extends outward through terraces and balconies that connect the home to the backyard, firepit, and beachfront, reinforcing a seamless indoor–outdoor relationship. Through its restrained material palette, security-conscious perimeter, and environmentally responsive design strategies, the mansion balances luxury, sustainability, and a strong connection to place.
